Elaine Allison, CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) is a Customer Care Advocate. She has helped many clients become #1 in their industry in customer care. She is a sought-after keynote speaker, training consultant, an international real estate investor, and the author of the bestselling book The Velvet Hammer: PowHERful Leadership Lessons for Women Who Don't Golf. Ms. Allison’s most extraordinary accomplishment is having been one of Canada's first female prison guards in an all-male maximum-security prison at the age of 19.
