She is also an expert in personal presentation to achieve anyone's desired results. Ms. Strauss brings all of her experience, wisdom and hard earned sense of humor to each of her clients, fostered through a lifetime of entrepreneurial ventures, a successful modeling career, years of retail experience and a television career. Carolyn Strauss enjoyed a highly successful 20-year career as a top plus-size fashion model with the Ford Modeling Agency in New York City. She parlayed that success into The Carolyn Strauss Collection, a multimillion dollar apparel company that is regularly featured on the Home Shopping Network (HSN) which debuted in 1998. Ms. Strauss' face and voice are familiar to millions of Americans, having appeared on HSN many times, as well as CNN, Entertainment Tonight, Maury, and Sally Jesse Raphael. She also hosted her own radio show, The Perfect Image with Carolyn Strauss. She is a published author of several books including, Specialty Modeling (EP Dutton, 1988), A Healthier You (Insight Publishing, 2006), and the upcoming E.G., a children's book for increasing self-esteem in young girls. Carolyn Strauss' background includes a BFA in Theatre from Emerson University; study at the renowned American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City; and performances with Chicago City Limits, New York City's longest-running comedy revue.
