Biography

Kevin Lust is a results-driven trainer with a style all his own. If you want action steps, how-tos, and the inspiration to practice them, you can count on him for all three.

As a management consultant and professional trainer, Mr. Lust has offered his life-changing lessons across 17 countries on four continents, delivering over 1500 seminars. He helps audiences of all sizes and backgrounds to improve their skills in management, communications, customer service, personal finance, and personal development. He addresses thousands of people each year.

Before founding the Lust Development Group, Kevin Lust enjoyed a successful career in the banking industry as a commercial lender, credit analyst, and as the Director of Personnel and Training for a major regional bank holding company. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration and studied communications on a graduate level. He is a graduate of the National School of Human Resources of the American Bankers' Association.

Mr. Lust authored the best-selling Nightingale-Conant audio program "Coaching Skills for Managers and Supervisors," a segment of which appeared on Nightingale-Conant's popular monthly audio magazine, Insight.

Kevin Lust's latest work is Smith-Miner Productions' three-disc audio album, "Financial Fitness: How to Budget Your Time, Your Money, and Your Life," which is soon to be available as a CareerTrack Publications audiocassette program.
