Before founding the Lust Development Group, Kevin Lust enjoyed a successful career in the banking industry as a commercial lender, credit analyst, and as the Director of Personnel and Training for a major regional bank holding company. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration and studied communications on a graduate level. He is a graduate of the National School of Human Resources of the American Bankers' Association. Mr. Lust authored the best-selling Nightingale-Conant audio program "Coaching Skills for Managers and Supervisors," a segment of which appeared on Nightingale-Conant's popular monthly audio magazine, Insight.
