Biography

Vicki Hitzges polished her communication skills hosting TV news and talk shows at Dallas, TX affiliates for Fox, CBS and ABC and the NBC affiliate in Corpus Christi, TX where she won a National Press Club "Headliner" Award.

From TV, Ms. Hitzges entered the business world as a corporate publicist where she directed the Public Relations campaign for BeautiControl Cosmetics, the world's third-largest direct-sales cosmetics company. Right away she attracted other prestigious clients including motivational guru, Zig Ziglar. Impressed with her vitality and creativity, Mr. Ziglar invited her to be one of the few speakers he would personally mentor.

Within three years, Vicki Hitzges had spoken from New England to New Zealand. Her clients include powerhouses like Microsoft, Cisco, American Airlines, Delta and Southwest Airlines, Chase Bank, the CIA, the FBI, the Hilton Corporation, Sabre Travel, Merck Pharmaceutical, and New York Life Insurance.

Meeting planners recommend Ms. Hitzges because she understands the importance of building relationships. Her passion is "teaching people skills." Audiences will enjoy her humor--they will love that she will bring lasting results.

Vicki Hitzges has spoken to enthusiastic audiences across the United States, in Puerto Rico, Thailand, Panama, England and New Zealand. Her clients include Southwest Airlines, Microsoft, Cisco Systems, American Airlines, Northwestern Mutual Life, Delta, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Ernst & Young, EDS, Kraft-Nabisco, Chase Bank, & Nokia-Seimans.

Ms. Hitzges sports a flashing smile. She radiates energy and she loves to laugh. Audiences enjoy her insight and vibrant delivery. When companies hire a speaker, they want a lot of bang for their buck. They want someone with energy. They want someone who will make audiences think and laugh. Most importantly, they want their people to get practical ideas they can use right away. She makes listening fun. Her audiences laugh as they learn. Each year she pumps up sales people, motivates managers and trains employees to build strong relationships, adapt to change and get more work done.

Vicki Hitzges helps business leaders and employees click. Managers and workers discover how fun and profitable it can be to work together well and to create positive customer experiences. Relationships with co-workers and customers determine success. Since people do business with people they like, companies benefit from having their people learn techniques on how to listen effectively, motivate with encouragement, build solid relationships, and handle stress and change in a constructive manner.
