Teresa Allen is the owner of Success Strategies, a national training and consulting firm focused on bringing common sense solutions to businesses and associations. A member of the National Speakers Association and recipient of the ASTD Professional Trainer of the Year Award, she has been presenting her highly acclaimed programs for over 15 years.
Ms. Allen is the author of Common Sense Service: Close Encounters on the Front Lines, and is co-author of The Service Path: Your Roadmap for Building Strong Customer Loyalty.
Teresa Allen enjoyed a highly successful sales career with both national corporations and local businesses for over ten years prior to forming her training and consulting firm. In addition to speaking and training, she has served as guest host of local television programming and has authored articles in local, regional and national publications. She has appeared in several motion pictures.
Teresa Allen was born in Chicago, Illinois and attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where she obtained her B.S. in Business Administration with a degree in Marketing. She is the proud parent of two grown daughters and lives in Shreveport, Louisiana with her husband of 27 years. She is very active in Mardi Gras in Louisiana and is a past Mardi Gras Queen!
