Breon Klopp is the Founder and Managing Partner at Sestrana. He develops and facilitates workshops, experiential learning events, and keynote presentations that provide organizations the motivation and methods for improvement.
As a business entrepreneur and NASCAR® pit crew coach with more than a decade of experience, Breon’s view of performance, process and teamwork is unique.
He provides programs in a broad array of industries and has worked successfully with organizations including Coca-Cola, St. Mary’s Hospital Flight for Life, Abbott Pharmaceuticals, Intel, Northrop Grumman, Presbyterian Hospital, and Green Mountain Coffee Roasters. The award- winning programs have been featured nationally in multi-media outlets and in a reality television program.
Breon Klopp founded his first and the first of its kind business serving the motorsports industry with workforce technical skills training, placement services, and race team coaching. In his role as instructor and coach, his work literally changed the face of pit road. Breon developed the systems and curriculum to recruit, select and training individuals as pit crew athletes. Persons representing 48 states and four foreign countries participated in the program that was also adapted by NASCAR® Drive for Diversity for the same purposes. Many former students enjoy successful careers as champion athletes and coaches within NASCAR® ranks. Acquired by a champion crew chief and race team owner in 2004, Breon continued to serve the organization as Senior Director of Motorsports Development.
Prior to his involvement in motorsports, Breon served as a facility manager and operations specialist for a health services consulting firm and served as an Athletic Trainer for the football sports medicine staffs at North Carolina State University and University of Wisconsin.
Breon Klopp is from Port Washington, Wisconsin and resides in Mooresville, North Carolina with his wife Alison and sons Garrett and Alex.
