Before becoming a professional speaker and trainer, Dave Sherman used his vast business skills to help build a successful retail sports apparel business. As the owner and founder of The Cap Company, Arizona's Largest Cap Store, he was named a Top Ten Small Business Person of the Year by the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, a Top Five Small Business Person of the Year by the Tempe Chamber of Commerce, as well as receiving the national Mass Mutual Blue Chip Award for Small Business Excellence.
