Biography

Ron Willingham is the CEO and Founder of Integrity Systems, Inc., an international training and development firm, headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona.

A pioneer in training technology, Mr. Willingham was the first chairperson of the National Speakers Association Sales Trainer's Group. He wrote the first personal development program ever recorded on audiocassettes. He pioneered interactive, group training that is widely used today.

Ron Willingham's courses, Integrity Selling“, The Customer“, Managing Goal Achievement“, and Integrity Coaching“ are being conducted in over 85 nations. Just under 2 million people have graduated from his courses, and over 25,000 facilitators have been certified to conduct them.
