As a successful entrepreneur and author, Marty Grunder energizes audiences by reminding them that success is based mostly on hard work and consistency. And he has the resume to back up those words. He started his own business while in college using a $25 lawn mower bought at a garage sale. Today, Grunder Landscaping is one of the Midwest's largest most respected landscaping firms and has been featured in The New York Times.

He specializes in entrepreneurship, marketing, family/work balance, and management insight cultivated through his own successful business. He gives audiences smart tips and guidance that they can immediately begin using in their own professional lives. In the age of quick fixes and instant gratification, he offers a fresh alternative by sharing proven practices that, when repeated over time, build loyalty, and attract new business.
Recognizing a talent for growing his own business through staff encouragement and inspiration, Marty Grunder formed Marty Grunder! Inc., a consulting company that offers businesses help with marketing, management and motivation. Since the company's launch in 1995, he has coached and mentored firms from around the country.
