Over a 30 year career Tony has worked with hundreds of major organizations to energize and inform cultural transformation. He is an astute observer of super-performing human behavior and delights in sharing examples of those behaviors that not only led to super-performance at Southwest Airlines, but also positively influenced the other 1700+ organizations he has served.

As the original Ambassador of Fun for Southwest Airlines, he conceived of a unique PR approach to help bring Southwest Airlines to the world, increasing appreciation for Southwest Airlines as a special company in the travel industry.

Tony Brigmon was the recipient of the Southwest Airlines President's Award "for exemplifying the spirit of fun, enthusiasm, sincerity, and love (caring), which IS Southwest Airlines, and for sharing this spirit creatively through employee development programs."
