Biography

In the past nine years, Game Show America (GSA) has evolved into the largest independent game show production company in the U.S.A. With a dedicated team of designers, producers, engineers, and talent, Game Show America has the ability and experience to create virtually any style of game show: custom, classic, and anything in between.

Game Show America started out in 1996 as a single trivia game called "Buzz!" which quickly became a huge hit at company parties, birthday parties, summer picnics, and holiday events. In 1999, GSA began to offer two-player, three-player, four-player and team games. All of these games were highly interactive trivia-based games. In 2000, GSA added an Imagination Department, and after months of hard work, the Imagination Team created true-to-life renditions of America's favorite TV Game Shows.

In 2003, GSA partnered with the nation's top game show equipment manufacturers and game show software developers, enabling GSA to create virtually ANY type of game show. In 2004, GSA received celebrity endorsement from Ross Shafer, six-time Emmy winner and former host of TV's Match Game. In 2005, GSA signed on with Alan Thicke's Second Honeymoon Game Show in Las Vegas, added Bob Eubanks and Bill Kirchenbauer as GSA celebrity hosts, and launched Game Show International, making their game show productions available worldwide.

GSA president, Matthew King, is a certified teacher, public speaker, and entertainer. With over 18 years of experience in improv, entertainment and education, his motivation, enthusiasm and creative energy are the driving forces behind the company's mission: "GSA is committed to providing professional, quality productions and outstanding customer service. Our goal is to provide clients with the best game show products and productions on the planet."

GSA can create any type of game show from simplest trivia game to a full-sized game show studio production. Their large-scale productions feature professional TV game show sets complete with game show consoles, buzzers, microphones, sound systems, video screens, backdrops, and lighting. All of their productions have been meticulously created to provide the client with all of the sights, sounds, and atmosphere of a real TV game show.

Game Show America has been contracted for conferences, team building events, motivational programs, training seminars, orientations, trade shows, and promotional events. A game show is the perfect catalyst for creating a positive, upbeat, and interactive environment for any company event.

GSA works closely with the client to create a game show that achieves the desired results for any event. During this process, they design a comprehensive package that is unique and specific, from the names of the games to all of the questions.

GSA has some of the best game show hosts in the nation: Matthew King, Ross Shafer, Alan Thicke, Bill Kirchenbauer, Adam Christing, and Scott Parr, plus a list of celebrity hosts including Bob Eubanks, Mark L. Walberg, Chuck Woolery, and Monty Hall.
