SmartPractice® co-founders Jim and Naomi Rhode have been pioneers in the field of preventative dentistry for over three decades. Their commitment to sharing what they have learned about business, health care, practice management and successful relationships has led to great demand for their services as speakers, both nationally and internationally.

Jim Rhode has developed and presented hundreds of seminars and workshops on practice administration and professional marketing during the last three decades. From his years in the industry as a long-range planner, Jim Rhode brings extensive business experience that includes team building, financial analysis, operation streamlining, and long-range planning. Jim Rhode has been awarded the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) status from the National Speakers Association. The designation is earned through a combination of professional association, professional education, professional performance, and professional business management standards.

A member of the Society for Advancement of Management and president of the National Speakers Association, he was honored with the prestigious Arizona "Entrepreneur of the Year" award for 1990. Jim Rhode's professional speaking engagements have taken him to all 50 states and to 15 foreign countries. In addition, he is the publisher of Practice Smart: Dentistry's Marketing and Management newsletter.
