He also is a globally recognized management consultant and thinker, as well as the CEO of Web River Media, Inc., a start-up company that delivers a fundamentally new form of entertainment and education content, namely fully browseable video.

Douglas K. Smith earned his B.A. at Yale University and received a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
