Adele Scheele, Ph.D., an internationally acclaimed career coach, is the author of six books, including the best selling Skills for Success for Men and Women (Morrow/Ballantine) and Launch Your Career in College (Greenwood). Her "Skills for Success Minutes" air on satellite radio and on Microsoft video. She appears frequently on television such as NBC's Today Show and has hosted a 3-hour KABC Talk Radio show. Her column "Career Strategies" which appeared in Working Woman Magazine for five years as first read and best liked, was collected in Career Strategies for the Working Woman (Simon & Schuster).
Dr. Scheele's work has been featured in Newsweek; The Wall Street Journal; the Los Angeles Times; Money Magazine; Boardroom Report's "Bottom Line" as well as columns in Japan, Malaysia, and South America. Her work has been translated into Chinese, Spanish, and Swedish. She has won The Los Angeles Business Journal's Making A Difference Award and ASTD's Best Presenter's Award. She has also served as the Director of the Career Center for California State University, Northridge.

Dr. Adele Scheele earned her bachelor's degree from The University of Pennsylvania, a master's degree from California State University, Northridge as an English Fellow, and a Ph.D. from UCLA with Honors as a Change Management Fellow.
