The contents of this book are based on his experience in working in over 75 cases of mergers, acquisitions, downsizings, and other major organizational transitions. He is also the author of numerous articles in management and scholarly journals.
Mitchell Marks holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan and has lectured at the Harvard Business School and Smithsonian Institution as well as numerous professional, business, and scholarly meetings. He is a consultant to a broad variety of organizations in the United States and abroad.
