Jones is President of Helping Others Prepare for Excellence, a business meeting the training and development needs of individuals and organizations. When not speaking he enjoys leisure travel, running, and good face to face conversation. He resides in North Carolina with his wonderful wife, their two perfect daughters, and two hyperactive Labrador Retrievers.
