Biography

Rich Fettke has helped thousands of executives, entrepreneurs and salespeople push their limits and expand their success without struggle. He is the best-selling author of Extreme Success, and has been featured in numerous magazines and newspapers including USA Today, the Wall Street Journal, Self and Entrepreneur magazine. Rich Fettke has been a guest on every major TV network and on dozens of radio shows including NPR, ESPN, and the Dr. Laura Show. His diverse clientele includes IBM, Prudential, Century 21, Morgan Stanley, and the United States Army.

However, when he was growing up, Rich Fettke was far from what would be called a success. At 8 years old, he was diagnosed as "learning disabled" and his report cards repeatedly stated, "Lacks what it takes to succeed." Nevertheless, Rich Fettke was determined to push through those limits.

Today, Rich has made it his life's work to help other people push their limits, improve their performance, and expand their success. He has appeared on every major television network for his views on how to take action and stay focused on what really matters.

In addition to his experience as a former CEO of a large health club franchise, Rich Fettke is also an extreme sports athlete and is one of the country's top success coaches. He is past-president of the Professional & Personal Coaches Association and is a former vice president of the International Coach Federation (ICF). He holds one of the ICF's first Master Certified Coach credentials.

Rich Fettke has more than 15 years experience in business start-ups, management and training, and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Merrimack College in Andover, Massachusetts. He is a graduate and former instructor of The Coaches Training Institute, the world's largest, non-profit, and accredited coach training organization.

As a member of the National Speakers Association, Rich Fettke travels throughout North America to share his ideas with corporations and associations. When it comes to pushing the limits, Rich Fettke walks his talk. He was a competitor in ESPN's X-Games, he is a licensed skydiver, an experienced rock climber, and he has even bungee jumped off the Golden Gate Bridge!
