I am a speaker. What do I need to do to have you recommend me to your clients?

We are always looking for excellent new speakers. Once you send us your hardcopy DVD and electronic promotional kit, we will contact you after we have reviewed your materials. Do not send us a website link to find speaking materials. Please take note that due to the high volume of submissions, the review process may take up to three weeks to complete.

Your materials must include:

  • A professionally made demo DVD, or a DVD of a speech you delivered in front of a live audience, mailed to the address below
  • Fee schedule for a keynote, half-day, full-day, international event
  • Travel requirements
  • Contact information
  • Biography
  • List of topics with short descriptions

SPEAKER INFORMATION PREFERENCE FORM

THESE DOCUMENTS CAN BE SENT TO US ELECTRONICALLY, VIA EMAIL.

DEMO
We prefer a live presentation of a keynote speech, recorded within the last 2-3 years. DVDs are preferred, although we will also accept VHS tapes. Media should be bureau-friendly and does not need to be in your marketing packaging. We only require one copy, which will be used as our master copy. THERE IS NO NEED TO SUBMIT ADDITIONAL COPIES OF THE SAME MEDIA. We find that our clients prefer to view full-length speeches. The most current media will be used to create a video clip for our website.

Please include the date and description/title on your demo. NOTE: Some of the speakers' media that we have on file are from 2003 or earlier. If you want us to only use media that are from a certain timeframe, please let us know.

FEES
Please provide your U.S. gross fee and include international fees, if applicable. We will use your U.S. gross fee to determine your fee range on our website.

BIO
We prefer that the bios include the most recent accomplishments, as well as historical ones. Some clients prefer both a long and a short version.

TOPICS SHEET/SPEECH TITLES
Please provide a topics sheet that describes your keynote addresses and a list of your speech titles, which will be listed on our website.

INTRO
If you have both a long and a short intro, please provide both of them.

PHOTO
Please provide a high-resolution color photo in any one of the following formats: .jpg, .tif, .eps, .psd. The picture should be of sufficiently high resolution to allow quality reproductions.

BOOKS
Please provide a list of books that you have written, if applicable.

TRAVEL
Please provide a list of travel preferences, i.e. first class, business class or unrestricted coach, number of travelers, hotel and room requirements, number of rooms, and ground transportation requirements. If you have a flat travel fee please tell us which items it covers.

ONE SHEET
We prefer to receive a bureau-friendly .pdf version of your one sheet, sent to us via email, as well as 8-10 hard copies.

CONTACT
Please confirm the following details: speaker name, company name or management company, complete address, phone number, fax number, cell phone number, email address, website address, as well as the speaker’s assistant’s name, phone number, cell phone number and email address.

A/V
Please include information about your requirements and/or preferences, i.e. lectern, type of microphone, staging requirements, seating, equipment support for PowerPoint presentations, computer connection, etc.

QUESTIONNAIRE
If you prefer that we use your questionnaire once a client books you, please send us a bureau-friendly electronic version; otherwise we will use our questionnaire. If you care to review our questionnaire, please let us know.
